Synetic Theatre, the five-time Helen-Hayes award-winning company, will teach young students techniques and concepts of movement, stage dancing, and pantomime. Company members have a long history of teaching pantomime to students in Washington, Maryland and Virginia as part of their well-respected outreach program. Children will be introduced to basic pantomime techniques that help to develop a child's imagination and understanding of stage movement. Paata Tsikurishvili, Synetic Theatre's Artistic Director, dreams of teaching young people top-quality theatrical techniques that will enable him to create professional-level productions with trained, young actors. These classes are the first step in that process for those children who share a similar dream. For more information about synetic theatre, please visit  www.synetic.org
